Your breath reveals more than you think — a window into your fitness, metabolism, cardiovascular capacity, and how efficiently your body produces energy.
InBody® Body Composition Analysis

Step on a bathroom scale and you get one number. Step onto the InBody® analyzer at Tomorrow’s Wellness Center and you get the story behind that number — how much of your weight is muscle, how much is fat, where that fat is stored, and how all of it is changing over time. Because better decisions begin with better information.
Measure Smarter. Intervene Better. Live Healthier. Perform at Your Best.
Your Weight Doesn’t Tell the Whole Story
Two people can weigh exactly the same and have completely different bodies — one carrying healthy, hard-earned muscle, the other carrying excess visceral fat around the abdominal organs. A scale can’t tell them apart. Neither can BMI. And that’s a real problem, because what your weight is made of matters far more to your health, metabolism, and longevity than the number itself.
InBody uses advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis to look beyond weight and BMI and measure the components that actually drive how you feel, function, and age:
- Skeletal Muscle Mass — the engine of your metabolism and mobility. Track this valuable tissue over time.
- Body Fat Percentage & Body Fat Mass — understand how much of your weight comes from fat.
- Visceral Fat — evaluate the metabolically active fat concentrated around your abdominal organs.
- Lean Body Mass — monitor changes in your body’s fat-free mass.
- Segmental Analysis — see how muscle is distributed across your arms, legs, and trunk.
- Body Water & Phase Angle — gain additional insight into hydration and body composition.
Why Body Composition Is the Health Metric That Matters
In longevity medicine, muscle is increasingly treated as an organ of healthy aging. Maintaining skeletal muscle supports strength, mobility, metabolic health, physical function, and independence — and age-related muscle loss is one of the quietest threats to all five. Visceral fat, meanwhile, is connected to metabolic health in ways that ordinary weight categories miss entirely.
InBody lets us watch whether your body composition is moving in the right direction — excess body fat down, visceral fat down, muscle maintained or built, strength and function improving — not simply whether your scale weight is falling. Healthy aging is about more than weighing less.
Smarter Weight Loss in the GLP-1 Era
GLP-1 and GIP-based therapies have transformed medical weight management, producing reductions in body weight that once seemed out of reach. But not every pound lost is body fat. During significant weight loss, some lean body mass — including muscle — can be lost along the way. That matters, because losing too much muscle works against the very things weight loss is meant to improve: strength, function, metabolic health, and healthy aging.
It’s exactly why body composition monitoring has become part of the national conversation around GLP-1 care — and a cornerstone of how we practice it. Regular InBody testing shows how much of your weight change is fat and how much is lean mass, so your program can be adjusted with real precision: adequate protein, resistance exercise, individualized nutrition, and medically supervised weight management working together to protect your muscle while the fat comes off.
Success isn’t just losing weight. It’s improving body composition.
See What’s Actually Changing
Whether your goal is weight management, improved fitness, better body composition, or healthier aging, repeat InBody testing turns progress into something you can see. Fat mass falling. Visceral fat shrinking. Skeletal muscle holding steady — or growing. Muscle distribution balancing out. Instead of hoping the scale reflects your effort, you watch the composition of your body change, measurement by measurement.

InBody + PNOĒ: The Complete Picture
InBody and PNOĒ cardiometabolic testing answer two complementary questions. InBody tells us what your body is made of — muscle, body fat, visceral fat, lean mass, and body water. PNOĒ tells us how your body performs — VO₂ max, resting metabolism, fuel utilization, exercise capacity, and your personalized training zones. Together they give our medical team a far more complete view of your health, metabolism, longevity, weight management, and physical performance than either could alone — and a far better foundation for your plan.

What to Expect at Your InBody Assessment
An InBody test is quick, comfortable, and non-invasive. You’ll stand on the device and hold its hand electrodes while it measures — typically in about a minute, with no pinching, no dunking, and nothing to remove beyond shoes and socks. For the most consistent tracking, we recommend testing under similar conditions each visit — for example, avoiding a test immediately after a heavy meal or an intense workout. If you have an implanted electrical device such as a pacemaker, please let our team know when scheduling.
From there, measurement becomes action. Your results are reviewed with our team and translated into an individualized strategy — nutrition, resistance and cardiovascular exercise (including the CAROL Bike), EWOT, and personalized medical care. Then we re-test, evaluate your response, and refine the plan. Measure. Intervene. Optimize.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does an InBody scan show?
An InBody analysis measures skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage and fat mass, visceral fat, lean body mass, segmental muscle distribution, and body water — giving you a detailed picture of what your weight is actually made of.
How is InBody different from BMI or a regular scale?
A scale reports total weight and BMI compares weight to height — neither distinguishes muscle from fat. InBody measures the components directly, so a pound of muscle gained is never mistaken for a pound of fat, and real progress never hides behind an unchanged number.
How often should I repeat an InBody test?
It depends on your program. Many patients re-test every few weeks to months during active weight-management or training phases so trends are clear and plans can be adjusted. Your provider will recommend a schedule that fits your goals.
