Dr. Scott Hernberg
For more than four decades, Dr. Scott Hernberg has built his career around a simple belief: exceptional care begins with understanding the individual.
At Tomorrow’s Wellness Center, that philosophy brings together advanced aesthetics, hormone health, medical weight management, sexual wellness, metabolic health, longevity, and performance in a personalized, physician-led setting.
The goal is not simply to treat a concern, but to understand where you are today, identify meaningful opportunities for improvement, and develop a thoughtful strategy around how you want to look, feel, function, perform, and age.
That philosophy is embodied in the TWC AIR Rx℠ approach.
The TWC AIR Rx℠ Approach
Assess. Intervene. Refine.
Assess Intelligently
Better outcomes begin with better understanding.
Dr. Hernberg combines clinical experience with advanced diagnostic, metabolic, body-composition, fitness, and imaging technologies to develop a more complete picture of each patient.
Depending on your goals, assessment may include medical evaluation, laboratory analysis, VISIA® and FotoFinder® aesthetic imaging, InBody® body-composition analysis, PNOĒ metabolic and cardiopulmonary fitness testing, and other objective measures of appearance, health, metabolism, function, and performance.
Intervene Precisely
Assessment provides the foundation for an individualized treatment strategy.
Recommendations may include advanced aesthetic treatments, hormone optimization, medical weight management, sexual wellness therapies, nutritional guidance, metabolic and exercise strategies, and other carefully selected interventions based on your physiology, goals, preferences, and clinical findings.
Refine Continuously
Optimization is rarely a single event.
By evaluating progress, comparing objective measurements, assessing aesthetic changes, and monitoring how you feel and function, treatment can be adjusted over time to enhance and preserve results.
Assess Intelligently. Intervene Precisely. Refine Continuously.
A Lifetime of Medical Experience
Dr. Hernberg received his Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology with Distinction as a Henry Rutgers Scholar from Rutgers College in 1976.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1980 and completed his residency training in Anesthesiology at Washington University and Barnes Hospital in St. Louis in 1983.
His postgraduate education has continued throughout his career and has included advanced study across medicine, aesthetics, wellness, and related disciplines. His interest in complementary approaches to health also led him to study Traditional Chinese Medicine at Chengdu University in China.
Dr. Hernberg is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is also a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Professional Wound Care Association.
Throughout his career, he has held clinical academic appointments at Washington University and Temple University, served as President of the New Jersey State Society of Anesthesiologists, and held leadership positions as Chairman of Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine at several regional institutions.
He has also served in advisory roles with the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners and the New Jersey Department of Health.
The Evolution of Tomorrow’s Wellness Center
In 2004, Dr. Hernberg founded Tomorrow’s Wellness Center in Northfield, New Jersey, bringing together his medical experience, interest in innovation, and commitment to highly personalized care.
Aesthetic medicine became an important foundation of the practice, with an emphasis on advanced technology, individualized treatment planning, and natural-looking results.
Over time, the practice expanded into a more comprehensive vision of wellness—one that recognizes the connection between appearance, hormonal balance, metabolic health, body composition, sexual wellness, physical performance, vitality, and healthy aging.
Today, Tomorrow’s Wellness Center reflects that evolution.
Care begins with the individual rather than a predetermined treatment pathway.
Your concerns.
Your goals.
Your physiology.
Your appearance.
Your health.
Your performance.
Your future.
That is the essence of the TWC AIR Rx℠ approach.
ASSESS → INTERVENE → REFINE
Because sophisticated care is not about doing more.
It is about understanding more, choosing more intelligently, and refining every step toward a better result.
Helping You Look Your Best, Feel Healthier, Perform Better, and Age Gracefully.
